The aisle was covered in a swirl pattern of red and orange rose petals which led to the ceremony area also known as the Mandap structure. In the Mandap, there were garlands of Dahlia's and Marigolds. During the marriage ceremony, the bride and groom are draped in a necklace made of red roses which symbolize their union (which was provided by a family member).
In the reception area, the color palette took on a more cool hues of turquoise and hot pink with bright oranges. The cake design evoked the ancient Indian Tradition of Mehndi common in many Indian celebrations.
This beautiful celebration was planned by Julie Pryor and photographed by James Johnson.
